We're partnering to appoint a Strategic Partnerships & Program Lead to play a key role in shaping and accelerating its AI strategy and partner ecosystem.



About the Role



This is a unique, high-impact position sitting at the intersection of strategic partnerships, program leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive AI-focused initiatives across a diverse portfolio of businesses, collaborating with leading technology partners, internal stakeholders, and emerging players within the AI landscape.



Responsibilities



* Coordinate and manage relationships across strategic technology and AI partners.
* Drive a range of cross-functional initiatives, including AI implementation projects, innovation programmes, events, and strategic collaborations.
* Translate high-level discussions into clear action plans and ensure consistent follow-through across stakeholders.
* Engage with senior leaders across the organisation and wider business portfolio, helping align priorities and drive execution.
* Identify new opportunities within the AI ecosystem, including emerging technologies, partnerships, and innovation initiatives.
* Track progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.



Qualifications



* Experience in strategic partnerships, consulting, programme management, business transformation, or a similar hybrid role.



Required Skills



* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
* Experience operating within complex enterprise or technology environments.
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of how strategic initiatives create business value.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
* Exposure to AI, cloud, software, or broader technology ecosystems would be advantageous.
