Manufacturing Joiner
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing joiner to join our team.
You will be responsible for creating individual or large pieces of bespoke joinery from CAD drawings or setting out.
This will involve machining components and assembling them together, including dressing down hardwood lipings to various top finishes.
Additionally, you will clean and file down laminates to counter fronts, tops, and other components.
Main Responsibilities
* Manufacture individual or large pieces of bespoke joinery from CAD drawings or setting out
* Work with 3-phase machines, small electric hand tools, and various materials such as laminates, veneered boards, hardwoods, and solid surface materials
* Assemble and put together components, including dressing down hardwood lipings
* Clean and file down laminates to counter fronts, tops, and other components
Qualifications and Skills
A recognised qualification in joinery, such as City & Guilds or NVQ level 2 & 3 in shopfitting or carpentry & joinery, is essential for this role.
Experience working with CAD drawings and setting out documents is also necessary. You should have the ability to read and interpret these documents accurately.
