Join Our Team at One YMCA Housing Services in Hatfield. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Young persons’ Activity Worker to join our team.
This role is all about empowering young people to engage in meaningful activities that promote personal growth, community involvement, and a sense of belonging. You’ll be instrumental in designing and delivering a range of creative, educational, and recreational projects that support young people’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
This is a weekend-only role, working Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 22:00pm. The position requires a flexible and reliable approach to support the needs of the service and its users.

• To assist in the running and delivery of engagement and intervention activities for young people living at One YMCA accommodation sites.
• To empower and inspire young people to engage in meaningful activities that foster community and a strong sense of belonging.
