As we continue to scale, strategic partnerships are increasingly a key part of our growth story and because of this, we are hiring a Global Partnerships Manager within our UK Corporate team, to help us continue to build a high-performing partnerships engine.
We have an impressive array of corporate partners we work with every day, but we know significant value comes from activating those relationships and turning signed agreements into productive, revenue generating partnerships.
You will bring experience in B2B partnerships, partner enablement or account management with a strong record of working cross-functionally within marketing and sales teams. If you are process-oriented but pragmatic, understand how to balance structure with the nuance of human relationships and above all, commercially minded and motivated by delivering measurable outcomes – we want to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
* You will lead the middle of the funnel, bridging the gap between origination and commercial impact.
* Design and deliver structured onboarding, develop enablement toolkits, launch joint campaigns and maintain an active engagement cadence with our partner network.
* Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to co-create campaigns and content that deepens engagement with our partner base.
* Lead the active account management of our partner base – identifying gaps, reactivating dormant relationships and ensuring every partner stays aligned, supported and commercially productive.
* You will be hands-on planning events, managing engagement calendars and driving co-market execution, whilst bringing structure and consistency to how we onboard, plan for and scale partner relationships.
* Help us reduce time-to-revenue, increase conversion from signed to active partner and improve retention / overall partner performance.
* Play a central part in accelerating revenue realisation from the partnerships we are winning, ensuring our success translates into long-term, scalable impact.
* Reporting directly into the Global Director of Partnerships
What You Will Need to Succeed
* A strong commercial acumen – proven ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
* Experience in partner enablement and onboarding – creating toolkits, guides and resources to accelerate partner readiness
* Ability to deliver programmes and campaigns
* Internal stakeholder management - strong collaborator across sales, marketing, product and legal with experience aligning internal teams around shared partnership goals
* Ability to implement and design internal processes that are scalable
* Analytical mindset and insight-driven – you can review partner data to help drive improvements
* Excellent relationship-building skills — you know how to build trust and influence both internally and externally
* Comfort with ambiguity — you are excited by growth and challenge
* Familiarity with sales tools (CRM - especially Salesforce, MS Office, partner tagging, partner management platforms etc.)
* Desirable: Experience with FX, payments, SaaS integrations, or embedded finance
