BCL Legal is working with a rapidly growing national family law firm seeking to appoint a Family Law Partner in Birmingham. This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid working and a flexible, modern approach to legal practice.
With over 200 specialist family lawyers, this firm leads the way in private family law, offering a strong platform for senior lawyers ready to move into leadership or enhance their current Partner role.

The Role
As a Family Law Partner, you will:
· Lead your own caseload of private family matters, including complex finance and children work.
· Play a key role in developing the firm's regional presence and client base in Birmingham.
· Convert and manage new client instructions supported by a market-leading national marketing team.
· Contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment focused solely on family law.
· Work flexibly from home and/or the Birmingham office to suit your lifestyle and client needs.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will likely be:
· A Senior Family Lawyer or existing Partner ready for a new challenge.
· Commercially minded and experienced in building a successful family law practice.
· Skilled in managing private family law cases involving finances and children.
· Driven, confident, and ambitious with a passion for excellence in client service.
· Experienced in business development with a desire to shape and grow a team.
