Corporate Associate / Senior Associate – Manchester – Up to £105,000
A top-tier national law firm with a strong reputation across the UK is seeking a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Manchester office. With significant investment in its regional platform and a clear growth strategy, this is an outstanding opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.
The firm is recognised for advising a high-quality and diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, private equity investors and established corporates. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters while gaining increased responsibility and visibility within a growing team.
The Role:
* Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions and business sales and acquisitions
* Supporting clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investment work
* Providing corporate governance advice and ongoing commercial advisory support
* Managing transactions from instruction through to completion, with appropriate autonomy
* Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders on high-value and complex deals
* Building and developing client relationships, with opportunities to grow your own network
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Manchester practice
About You:
* Solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate transactional work
* Commercially astute with strong technical ability
* Confident, proactive and client-focused in your approach
* Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a desire to build your practice
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
