About Psych Health
Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, is one of the leading providers of psychological services to the workplace sector. Established in 2008, and proud to still be a clinically led organisation, we place our clinical work and the quality of it at the heart of everything we do.
Working across a varied and rapidly expanding client base including employers, insurers and Occupational Health providers, we provide high quality psychological assessment and therapy across a diverse range of sectors.
At Psych Health, we believe that excellence in clinical care is achieved by supporting our clinicians to do what they do best. We are passionate about helping people get better, stay better and live better and by creating a truly nurturing culture not only are our clinicians able to grow, develop and thrive but our patients benefit from our ongoing commitment to improve patient outcomes.
Role Outline
This is a fast-paced, hybrid clinical role, where you will deliver exceptional one-to-one brief, goal‑oriented cognitive behavioural therapy treatment to a caseload of adult patients who are motivated to get well and presenting with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors, working both face‑to‑face and remotely. All of our patients are referred to Psych Health via workplace resources such as Occupational Health, on‑site GPs, private insurers or income protection insurers.
You will also benefit from fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, which rotate between specially in‑house curated CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self‑care practices and team business updates. You will also be supported to create a personalised annual development plan, crafted to realise your long‑term professional ambitions.
