We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Leicester. The Finance Administrator will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and helping the wider team with day-to-day finance tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has a keen eye for detail.
 
Key Responsibilities
 1. Raise invoices
 2. Managing purchase and sales ledgers, including reconciliations
 3. Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
 4. Monitoring and chasing outstanding payments
 5. Maintaining accurate financial documentation and systems
To be successful as a Finance Administrator, you’ll have:
 
 6. Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
 7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as Sage or Xero
 8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
 9. The ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
 10. Excellent communication and teamworking skills
