About the Role As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the centre, with a focus on poolside operations and lifeguard team leadership. You'll deputise for the Leisure Manager, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the lifeguard and wet side teams Oversee pool plant operations and ensure safety compliance Manage front-of-house and facility assistant teams Support commercial performance through excellent service delivery Handle first aid, emergency response, and health & safety procedures Assist with membership sales and customer engagement What We're Looking For Previous experience in a duty management or supervisory role in leisure National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) First Aid at Work certificate Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills IT literacy and familiarity with Leisure Management Systems A flexible, resilient, and customer-first mindset Desirable Extras Pool Plant Operator qualification Fire, Health & Safety, or Emergency Procedures training Ongoing professional development in leisure or fitness Why Join Us?
