Core Responsibilities:
1. Brand Planning and Implementation
* Define & implement the UKI Girls audience priorities, KPIs & campaigns to achieve the overarching kids objectives.
* Input into the UK/Ireland Kids Marketing Strategy development, objective setting process and consumer communications planning and ensure efficient marketing plan executions for LEGO Girls first Themes in UK/Ireland.
* Implement innovative marketing strategies & activations that drive brand equity and build active consumers (penetration), re-activation (repeat purchase) and frequency (engagement) for your audience and The LEGO Group including through new products and themes and implementation of strong marketing plans.
* Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders internally & externally to align the owned / earned / shared / paid (OESP) activities of the LEGO Group towards sales and brand impact.
* Monitor progress of competitive activity and changing market needs to adapt brand strategies when necessary.
* Manage outside agency partners and collaborate with our internal agency.
* Manage external partnership relationships as designated by brand responsibilities.
1. Business & Project Management
* Plan and manage budgets and financials related to marketing campaigns.
* Establish best retailer strategies with the sales team, and support key account preview sell-in of critical marketing programs when appropriate.
* Analyze and evaluate brand and campaign performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.
* Work closely with sales and key customers to provide category and shopper insights to enhance performance.
* Develop pricing strategies to meet overall UK/Ireland brand goals.
* Collaborate with Regional, Global & BU Cross-Functional Teams to deliver integrated planning.

This team executes innovative marketing strategies to strengthen demand and the brand image among our target consumers and shoppers.
3. What We Look For:
* Experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing, preferably with a top-tier FMCG, Entertainment, Fashion, or Health & Beauty company.
* Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking systems like IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Circana.
* Proven ability to run complex campaigns (ATL & BTL) and manage multiple agencies and in-store activities.
* Excellent analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data for business results.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
* Strong networking skills to operate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* Strategic agility and adaptability in navigating complex organizational structures.
