*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced *Electrical Supervisor* to oversee electrical installations on a range of projects across sectors including healthcare, commercial, and high-end residential developments.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works on site
* Manage and coordinate electricians and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
* Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
* Carry out quality inspections and snagging
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades
* Monitor progress against programme and report updates
* Ensure all works meet current regulations (BS7671, NICEIC standards, etc.)
* Support commissioning and handover processes
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within construction/M&E
* Strong knowledge of commercial/healthcare electrical installations
* SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* ECS/CSCS Gold Card (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Desirable*
* Experience on NHS / healthcare projects
* Testing & inspection qualifications (2391 or equivalent)
* Experience with commissioning and handover documentation
