About The Role
Dandara Living is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our busy Finance team in Altrincham. This is a key role within our Property Management portfolio, supporting the Client Accounting Manager with all aspects of accounts receivable and client accounting. You'll be responsible for processing rental income, raising charges, reconciling tenant accounts and ensuring accurate and timely allocation of funds, playing a vital part in protecting cash flow and maintaining high-quality service across our portfolio.
This position will be based in our Altrincham office three days per week, with up to two days working from home.

What You'll Do
Process rental income and associated transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Issue invoices and raise charges to tenants
Set up Direct Debit mandates for rent and car parking charges
Raise Direct Debit collection batches and carry out reconciliations
Process tenancy deposit refunds and associated charges
Reconcile tenant deposits against deposit protection scheme records
Accurately account for client monies, including reconciliation of client bank accounts
Liaise with on-site leasing teams and head office staff to resolve queries
Maintain accurate records and support month-end reporting requirements
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance administration role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. MRI-Qube, Coins, or Yardi)
Confident use of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable
Experience in property management or the real estate sector
Familiarity with service charge accounting or leasehold management
AAT qualification (or working towards one), or QBE
