Preparing, cutting and processing meat products to exact specifications
Handling poultry and other meats in line with food safety requirements
Leading and supporting a small night team of three operatives

Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness and audit-ready standards at all times
Hitting night production targets without compromising quality
What you’ll bring to the table as a Night Butcher
Previous experience cutting and processing meat in a production environment
Strong working knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Experience operating effectively during night shifts
Ability to maintain consistency against set specifications
Experience overseeing or guiding others on shift
Working hours: 8:00pm – 5:00am, 40 hours per week (1-hour unpaid break). Sunday plus one weekday off (to be confirmed).
