Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer
MKM Building Supplies – a leading independent builders’ merchant in the UK. Established in 1995, we have more than 135 branches and over 3200 employees nationwide.
We are looking for an experienced sales designer to drive the growth of our kitchen and bathroom business in Gloucester showroom. This role requires a passion for design, excellent customer service skills and a valid driving licence.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Guide customers through the full kitchen & bathroom design and sales process.
* Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
* Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.
* Pro‑actively generate new business.
* Work alternate Saturday mornings.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products.
* Experience using 20-20 Fusion planning software or similar is essential.
* Confident dealing with customers.
* The ability to build great customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
