Your new role
As Sales and Marketing Officer, you will take ownership of day‑to‑day marketing activity while supporting a busy sales function. You’ll be responsible for driving brand visibility, improving customermunication and contributing to lead generation. This is a varied, creative role suited to someone who enjoys balancing digital marketing delivery with structured sales support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Planning and delivering a rolling schedule of marketing activity aligned to growth targets
2. Creating digital content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates and customermunications
3. Managing and updating website content including product pages, news items, case studies and event information
4. Producing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and product sheets
5. Supporting the organisation of trade shows, exhibitions and industry events
6. Managing marketing assets including images, documentation and brand materials
7. Reporting on engagement, campaign performance and lead activity
8. Introducing new ideas to enhance awareness, inbound enquiries and customer engagement
9. Maintaining CRM records with accurate customer and opportunity data
10. Preparing quotations, processing sales orders and supporting customer follow‑ups
11. Responding to inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
12. Tracking customer activity and ensuring timely follow‑up actions
13. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow andmunication
What you'll need to succeed
14. Experience in B2B marketing or abined sales and marketing role
15. Confidence managing digital channels including LinkedIn, email marketing and CMS platforms
16. Strong written and verbalmunication skills with the ability to simplify technical information
17. CRM experience (any platform)
18. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
19. A proactive, collaborative and detail‑focused working style
