These roles offer flexible ad-hoc shifts with the potential for block bookings at times. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will support children and young people within a residential environment, promoting positive behaviour, safeguarding their welfare, and assisting with daily routines. You will be working on behalf of various children’s homes to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
