We are recruiting positions in both our 3AA rosette fine dining & 2AA rosette brasserie.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare ingredients and craft dishes according to our recipes and menu specifications.
* Set up and stock stations with precision, ensuring that every detail is in place for flawless service.
* Maintain impeccable standards of quality and timeliness in food preparation to exceed guest expectations.
* Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for action at all times.
* Adhere strictly to food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety.
* Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.
* Keen eye for detail
Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience in a similar position or within a similar establishment is preferred.
* While no formal qualifications are required, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent culinary training is beneficial.
* A positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment are essential.
Salary:
Commis chef - £21000-£26000 (age dependent) - 40hour week
Demi chef de Partie - £23500-£28500 (age dependent) - 45hour week
