Digital Marketing Manager

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a fast-growing international sporting goods brand on the search for a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a full-time role based in East Wellow, near Romsey.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Ecommerce and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital campaigns that support long-term brand growth and immediate revenue performance. You will be responsible for building and delivering a data-driven customer acquisition strategy, coordinating with external agencies, and optimising performance across all paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing in developing and refining the performance marketing strategy across the full funnel.
* Lead the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns through a multi-channel paid media plan (Search, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
* Manage campaign budgets across all levels (campaign, ad group, ad), ensuring spend is optimised for ROI and aligned with commercial goals.
* Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to brief and deliver impactful assets to support campaign execution.
* Monitor and analyse performance data, define KPIs, and develop strategies to optimise acquisition and conversion.
* Create and deliver performance reports and insights around ROI, conversion trends, and website traffic to inform broader strategy.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within a fast-paced retail or sporting goods environment.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
* In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
* Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets and driving measurable outcomes.
* A tactical thinker who understands the importance of brand as well as performance.
* A collaborative, organised, and driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
* Passion for sports or an appreciation for the sporting goods sector is a bonus.
* Full-time availability from the East Wellow office; collaboration and in-person team culture are highly valued.
