We require experience working within agile, cross-functional delivery teams using modern design tools. We expect the successful candidate to work in a hybrid arrangement, with 3 days per week in the office. Responsibilities: We lead design work across discovery, definition, and delivery phases. We map and analyse ecosystems to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation. We create future-state concepts, blueprints, and customer journeys. We design services that effectively integrate human and automated interactions. We facilitate workshops, co-design activities, and stakeholder alignment sessions. We connect service design decisions to measurable user, operational, and business outcomes. We take a leading role in shaping end-to-end services that connect people, processes, and technology in meaningful and measurable ways.
