We’re recruiting a Marina Operative on behalf of one of the UK’s leading marina groups. This role offers a great blend of practical marina duties and customer interaction, set in a busy, professional boating environment where no two days are the same. Full training is provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone keen to build long-term skills and experience within the marine sector.
The position is rota-based and will include a mix of weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, evenings, and occasional night shifts.
The role will involve:
Supporting day-to-day marina operations
Providing a high standard of customer service to berth holders and visitors
Working both outdoors and indoors in a fast-paced marine environment
Assisting the wider marina team to ensure safe, efficient operations

In possession of a full UK driving licence
Previous marina, boating, or waterside experience is advantageous but not essential. Attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are far more important, with full training provided.
