Senior Care Assistant (Days)
£12.75 - £14.34 Per Hour Dependent On Experience

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for running a unit, supporting clinical duties, managing a team of Care Assistants, training new staff, building relationships with residents and external teams, and assisting residents with personal care duties.
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
* Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in care (we support completion).
* Motivated, positive, and with great interpersonal skills, enjoying close‑knit teamwork.
* Experience of the role, understanding its rewards and challenges, and a passion for making a real difference to people’s lives.
