The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified pharmacist who enjoys variety and flexibility in their work. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient running of the pharmacy while delivering outstanding patient care. You’ll work closely with experienced support teams, adapting to different store environments and building relationships with both colleagues and local communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications in line with GPhC and company standards.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, ensuring the highest level of customer care.
* Deliver and promote pharmacy services including NMS, flu vaccinations, and other NHS and private services.
* Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional requirements.
* Lead, support, and motivate pharmacy teams across different branches.
* Build strong working relationships with local healthcare professionals and patients.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services within the group.
About You
* GPhC registered pharmacist (essential).
* Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to integrate quickly into new teams.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel between branches.
