Our client is a friendly company, looking for someone to run the bookkeeping & accounts duties for three divisions of the company. You will be responsible for:
Raising sales invoices on a daily basis
Payment runs
General sales & purchase ledger duties
Daily bank reconciliations
Posting journals and staff expenses
Payment runs
Credit control
Processing cashflow & forecasting
Managing accounts inboxes and answering queries
Assisting the Accountant with VAT returns
Various other accounts duties as needed
The company uses Xero and Quickbooks so experience of these would be highly beneficial. They are ideally looking for someone to work 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri. This is an in office position. You will need previous accounts / bookkeeping experience. It would be really advantageous to be available immediately or at short notice, but this is by no means essential.
