Description
Our growing Nottingham Real Estate team is actively looking to engage with project management professionals to aid in the delivery of a broad range of defence schemes for our Derbyshire-based client.
We are aiming to expand our defence sector accounts on a local, national, and corporate scale. To achieve our targets, we seek highly motivated, technically competent, and practically skilled individuals with foundational experience working as part of a delivery team to join our expanding defence community.
You will be part of the fastest-growing framework in the business, with opportunities to enhance your foundation delivery experience and knowledge while working towards common goals and sharing success.
A Defence Sector Project Manager would be expected to support large-scale contracts and projects within our Defence Sector Portfolio, typically involving large capital investment projects supporting one of the 6 TLB holders. Key responsibilities include managing design teams at a delivery level, supporting the overall capital project process, and handling core project management tasks through all RIBA work stages. Success is measured by project parameters, including programme, risk, and change management.
