Reporting to the Digital Trading Manager, the Digital Trading Lead GM (Argos) is responsible for owning and driving the performance and growth of their specific categories across digital channels, ensuring category strategies are aligned with customer missions.
This role requires confidence, resilience, and sound commercial judgment to prioritize and respond effectively to fast-changing scenarios and opportunities.

What I am accountable for:
* Developing and executing a comprehensive digital plan for your categories, aligned with overall workload plans
* Driving digital sales growth and participation in line with business targets
* Utilizing tools and insights, including testing and learning, to improve digital metrics and commercial outcomes
* Collaborating with category planners, buyers, suppliers, and digital teams to prioritize projects
* Managing and delivering digital projects across platforms
* Working with stakeholders to ensure content plans are communicated and executed effectively
* Participating in key meetings to share performance updates and shape strategy
* Reviewing performance and strategy with suppliers and media teams
* Using data and insights to inform promotional and category planning
* Identifying and acting on trading opportunities and risks
* Developing joint business plans with insight suppliers to drive KPIs
* Ensuring compliance with legal frameworks
