The role will include key responisibilities:

• Answering and routing phone calls in accordance with office policies.
• Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers.
• Ensure completion of paperwork, sign -in and security procedures.
• Stationary ordering
• Franking machine maintenance
• Responsible for office post
• Ordering merchandise
• Maintaining Clinician uniform stock
• Storing delivery notes
• Coffee machine service
• Keeping the meeting rooms presentable and setting them up for meetings
• Booking slots for the meetings rooms
• Ad hoc administrative tasks
• Assisting managers where needed
• Maintain storage and lock up
• Monthly water temperature checks
