The Role We have an exciting new position based in Northampton for a glossy and dynamic national law firm. This role is a HR advisor which is hybrid (3 days in office), full time and permanent with a salary between £40-45k dependant on experience.Requirements This role sits within the advisory team, and you will focus on a specific business unit. The responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties related to employee relations, recruitment and change management, onboarding, HR management, project management, training and development, data analysis, supporting key stakeholders, administration and support duties.Experience Solid experience working within a HR role ideally within legal or professional services with abroad HR knowledge, experience managing ER cases and HR projects, and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on 0121_633_4443.
