· Role: Administrator in the Accounts dept
· Salary: £13.04 per Hour (£23, depending upon experience.
· Hours of work: either 8am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm (either 37.5 hrs or 40hrs).
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Pricing Completed Works
· Processing Sales Invoices
· Processing Card Payments
· Updating Customer Online Portals
· Some Purchase Ledger Assistance
· Producing Task Paperwork for Technicians
· Answering Customer Enquiries by Email & Telephone
· Other General Duties as Needed
· Work Within the Requirements of our Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety Policies Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
· Experience with Sage 50 Accounts would be advantageous
· Good Communication Skills; Verbal & Written
· A Polite, Friendly & Professional Telephone Manner
Salary is currently paid weekly, one week in arrears, directly into a nominated bank account & will be set at a level based on experience & capability.
