Role Description

This key senior management role works strategically to develop and articulate Norwich Theatre's brand, vision and strategic priorities to enhance brand profile, drive audience engagement, and drive acquisition and revenue growth.

This role leads the marketing, communications, sales and box office teams in the development and delivery of multi-platform, content-rich campaigns with a focus on ticket sales, acquisition, retention and development of audiences, participants and visitors across Norwich Theatre's whole offer.

Skills

* Experience in sales, ideally within a similar-sized organisation, showcasing a strong record of achieving goals and driving success.
* Experience in Marketing and Campaigns – Experience designing, implementing and measuring the success of marketing campaigns.
* Knowledge and experience of working with communication campaigns for the purpose of brand promotion, sales or audience development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in budget setting – setting, implementing and working with large budgets.
* Strong People management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to high performance, whilst promoting a positive working culture.
* Knowledge and experience to oversee digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and website management.
* Experience in the arts and cultural sector is a plus.
