LITIGATION SOLICITOR SEAFORD SALARY DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor, based at their Seaford office, with some home working available. The role has a mixed litigation caseload, to include a range of both personal and business disputes. The successful candidate will be working alongside other Solicitors / Practitioners within Litigation and will work with and report to the Directors and Head of Department. Key Duties and Responsibilities: · To manage all client work allocated by the Head of Department or other Partner. · To provide an ongoing high standard of client care to existing clients. · To work with Directors and other Litigation Practitioners, playing an active role in developing new business. · To deliver fee income and achieve agreed time recording in line with targeted objectives. · To have overall responsibility for credit control on own matters, in close liaison with Accounts. · To keep informed of all changes in the Law and Practice and maintain relevant CPD. · To supervise, support and develop immediate support staff. · To perform work in line with the firm’s risk procedures, comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Rules on the Professional Conduct of Solicitors. Required Experience: · 2 Years PQE · Experience of dealing with a variety of litigation areas to include property litigation Personal Skills: · Strong planning and organisational skills – able to manage and diarise own case load. · Excellent communication skills both with clients and other members of the department. · Able to work independently but seek advice from other members of the department. · Proactive, forward thinking and able to cope well under pressure. · Good computer literacy and knowledge of case management systems. · Hardworking and positive attitude. · Wish to deliver a high-quality service. · A strong ability for networking would be desirable.
