The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Development Project Manager to join our team and share our spirit – Dare to Innovate. We have a strong entrepreneurial ambition, and our people must be proactive and agile collaborators.
The Role
This is a critical role responsible for leading and driving end-to-end project management. An exceptional project manager with a proven ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion. Manage projects from the concept phase till finishing of production, invoicing and evaluation of a project. Create costing of equipment from technical drawings, sketches, concepts and designs. Provide new solutions, alternatives for construction or scenarios

Location: London UK
Hours of Work: 9am – 5.30pm 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Execution:
* Serve as the driving force behind all projects, managing timelines, resource allocation, and execution from kickoff to production and in-store implementation.
* Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, operations) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to project milestones.
* Possess a deep understanding of Outform Group's manufacturing and operations processes, enabling effective project planning and execution.
* Implement robust project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
* Act as the central point of contact for brand clients and retail partners, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment throughout the project.
Process Management:
* Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes related to project requests, sales estimates, pricing strategies, CRM data entry, and other critical workflows.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and transparency across the Beauty vertical.
* Provide guidance and training to internal teams on process adherence, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for clients and retail partners.
* Act as the expert, advising cross-functional teams on industry best practices, retailer guidelines, and visual merchandising trends.
Client Relationship Management:
* Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and exploring opportunities for account growth.
* Collaborate with the EMEA Business Unit Director and US Commercial team to align on project strategies and initiatives.
* Facilitate communication with retailers on behalf of brand clients and Outform, ensuring alignment with retailer visual merchandising guidelines, timelines, processes, and expectations.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience in development project management within a manufacturing business with retail design in beauty.
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: TBC depending on background and experience
