Meet the client: I would like to have a Support Worker I can connect with, who encourages me and keeps me on track. Help me to be as independent as possible and continuing with rehabilitation and physiotherapy sessions. I find having a busy schedule and planned diary keeps me focused- I may require prompting to ensure that I maintain appointments. I enjoy watching films with my support worker and I spend my spare time volunteering in a local caf. What you'll be doing: This role is to support our brand new male client in their own home for flexible days shifts, who has suffered an acquired brain injury. The client requires support with being independent, prompting and encouraging to run his home with cleaning and shopping, personal care and medication. Full training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive their own vehicle, have a valid driver's licence, and business insurance.
