OPRs client is a growing property consultancy and investment portfolio owner specialising in high-end residential properties, with additional assets spanning commercial and hospitality sectors. They are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of their London portfolio and support smooth operations across the wider estate.
Role Overview
This is a senior-level Property Manager position overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring excellent tenant service, strong asset performance, and efficient operational delivery. Experience with commercial or hospitality properties is beneficial.
The role also includes investment appraisal and financial modelling, working closely with senior leadership to review portfolio performance, acquisitions, and disposals.
