E-commerce Executive – MCR Collective Brand Group MCR Collective is a newly created brand group based in Manchester, England and has the following menswear brands in its portfolio 11°, Blood Brother, Madison Barclay, Altryn and ATSG. A mix of well-known established brands as well as newly created, ready to launch to the market brands! MCR Collective is on the lookout for an experienced E-Commerce Executive who can work alongside the Head of Digital to manage and execute all ecommerce, digital marketing and content across the groups’ digital portfolio. This will involve working across 8 websites – both managing UK and International territories. We’re looking for someone who can build a plan and execute it – it’s a hands-on role working alongside a brand-new digital team to build up the brands’ online presence. An exciting time to join the business, you’ll be able to get stuck into pre-launch plans across the portfolio and strengthen the established brands that need some TLC.You’ll work alongside the Senior Digital Manager and Head Of Digital but will have full control to put your stamp on the platforms, with a KPI driven approach to digital growth and achieve success. Key duties and responsibilities:Day to day management of the eight websites across UK and InternationalRegularly reviewing, evaluating and bench marketing the MCR Collective groups digital proposition to ensure we deliver the sales and profit plan.Working with the senior digital manager & head of digital to develop a trading plan to deliver sales target and maximise onsite conversion, working alongside all appropriate teams to deliver this. Working closely with the merchandising team, ensuring that daily reviews of key categories are actioned to ensure as a business we’re being as reactive as possible to trade. Maintaining the website and CRO including all elements of the customer experience including (but not limited too): Add to basket, checkout completion, search, navigation, photography, copy, online visual merchandising, mobile optimisations. Devise both acquisition and retention plans to ensure we’re fulfilling a full customer lifetime cycle across but not limited to CRM. Working closely with the content & social exec to ensure brand alignment across all customer touch points. Manage regular reporting of key KPI’s including Revenue, sessions, CVR, GP and mitigating risks so targets are hit each week. Work alongside the wider digital team and business, to ensure that all content plans are fit for purpose – 360 degrees marketing proposition across brand and wholesale.Manage and execute the full marketing calendar, ensuring all product and brand launches are fulfilled to align and communicated with the wider business and wholesale business.
