Overview
HR Organisational Change Coordinator (Fixed Term) at Cambridge Service Alliance, University of Cambridge. This role provides central coordination and administrative support for key organisational change programmes, working with HR Organisational Change Consultants and the Head of HR Organisational Change to support School Departments, Non-School Institutions and the Unified Administrative Services (UAS), to deliver improvements in effectiveness, efficiencies, culture and organisational performance.
Responsibilities
* Provide central coordination and administrative support for organisational change programmes.
* Collaborate with HR Organisational Change Consultants, Head of HR Organisational Change and stakeholders across schools, professional services and trade unions.
* Assist in delivering improvements in effectiveness, efficiency, culture and organisational performance.
About You / Qualifications
* Experience of organisational change and/or HR projects.
* Professional experience, ideally in an HR environment.
* Experience of providing first level policy/process advice related to organisational change.
* Ability to provide high level customer service and manage information sensitively and discretely.
* Experience of using Microsoft Office; ability to report and manage data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to develop excellent relationships with a diverse range of customers.
* Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage workload efficiently and with attention to detail.

Terms and Additional Information
Fixed-term: funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance. Hybrid working options available. Basic disclosure (criminal records) and security checks may be required after offer.
