Job Title: Deputy Manager - (Residential and Respite Care)

About The Role
We are looking for a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to oversee the launch and ongoing operation of our Residential and Respite Care in Chorley. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation from the beginning, shaping high‑quality residential care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.
* Lead, motivate and supervise the staff team.
* Support staff development through supervise training.
* Assist with care planning, risk assessments and behaviour strategies.
* Take responsibility for the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
* Work in partnership with professionals and families.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum Level 3 diploma in Residential childcare (or equivalent).
* Working towards or willing to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
* Significant experience in a children's residential setting.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
