Pertemps Swindon are currently looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for one of our prestigious clients in Swindon, SN3 area.
1. This is 3 on 3 off shift 10:00-22:00
2. Salary: £38200 plus 24% shift allowance (£9168) Total salary: £47368 per annum
About the Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Job:
3. Providing Electrical/Mechanical support to all areas of manufacturing & their processes, whilst working in clean rooms, controlled areas adhering to GMP standards at all times.
4. To undertake scheduled PM activities using SAP to ensure the control of spare components & process history.
5. Support to achieve production output standards
6. Maintain Production Machinery
7. Plan Preventative maintenance programs
8. Maintain machine spare parts
9. Advise on technical issues
10. Support CI activities
11. Respond quickly to machine breakdowns
12. Monitor machine performance
13. Support training activities
14. Pre-plan the maintenance activities
15. Ensure sufficient spares are available
16. Analyse & monitor breakdown frequencies
17. Participate in training programs
18. Participate in Risk Assessment programs
The right Manufacturing Maintenance Technician:
19. Experience within a medium to high volume manufacturing environment (Essential)
20. Experience within medical device or pharmaceutical industry (Desired)
21. Understanding of high-speed automated assembly processes (Essential)
22. Experience of problem solving and fault finding on manufacturing machines (Essential)
23. Ability to work unsupervised (Essential)
24. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization (Essential)
25. Computer literate – Microsoft Office.
