We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader within our new Learning Disability and Supported Living Services based in Horsham. The role is a 42hr week contract.

This exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Team Leader with the position requiring an enthusiastic, ambitious, conscientious, intuitive and reliable individual to drive forward the standards of supporting vulnerable adults whilst supporting the Manager with regulatory and operational tasks.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in accordance within a rota and this will include weekends, sleep in duties and 'on-call' availability. The successful individual will deputise in the managers absence and will provide direct support and management to the staffing team. This will provide an excellent opportunity for professional and career development with all relevant training provided.

* Experience in this field is required of x 2 years or more.
