We are seeking experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Designer to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions As a Salesforce Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce platform strategy ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation You will be responsible for designing scalable secure and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization
Your Skills:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architecture roadmap including data models integrations and customizations
2. Design and implement scalable robust and secure Salesforce solutions across various clouds Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud etc
3. Create detailed technical design documents architectural diagrams and data flow diagrams
4. Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
5. Maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and stay UpToDate with the latest releases and features
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams guiding them on best practices and design pattern
7. Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce technologies and tools to support business requirements
8. Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards and governance policies
Integration Data Management
9. Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
10. Develop data migration strategies and ensure data quality and integrity
11. Design and optimize data models to meet business requirements and performance goals
12. Ensure proper data governance and security practices
Qualifications
13. Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration customization and development
14. Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce
15. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data modelling and integration patterns
16. Experience with integration tools and technologies eg RESTSOAP APIs middleware
17. Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices
18. Excellent communication collaboration and problem solving skills
19. Salesforce certifications eg Certified Technical Architect Certified Solution Architect Certified
20. Platform Developer are highly desirable
21. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
