Job Description: Home Fire Safety Manager | 8695 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £34,000 - £46,000 per annum | Grade J | Countywide
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Prevention Department which has a strong and supportive team focused on reducing community risk. We are looking for an experienced manager to help bring our Prevention Strategy to life by introducing new and more effective ways of working, whilst maintaining our good reputation and continuing to build trust and confidence in our Service.
We are looking for a flexible, influential, and inspiring leader to take ownership for our home fire safety risk reduction across our communities. You will need to develop new and existing partnerships to reach those most at risk, lead a team and to deliver effective home fire safety interventions and coordinate the delivery of this work across our service via other managers.

Responsibilities
* Take ownership for home fire safety risk reduction across communities.
* Develop and maintain partnerships to reach those most at risk.
* Lead a team and coordinate delivery of home fire safety interventions across the service via other managers.
* Deliver effective prevention work as part of the Prevention Department.
