As Contract Administrator, youll help ensure smooth hotel contracting and top-tier accommodation planning.
What will you be doing as a Contract Administrator?
· Assisting in the management of hotel contracts for global sports and corporate events.
· Supporting the Head of Contract Management in developing and executing accommodation strategies.
· Handling hotel/property sourcing and data entry into inventory and reservation systems.
· Communicating directly with hotel partners and suppliers to ensure accurate contract terms and availability.
· Monitoring inventory and ensuring room configurations are allocated correctly for client groups.
· Troubleshooting issues, identifying risks, and implementing contingency plans during events.
· Maintaining detailed, accurate records and performance tracking across all contracts.
