In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with talented business development and customer-focused teams, working closely with key national suppliers to create new opportunities for members across the hospitality and leisure industries.

What You’ll Do:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitality and leisure businesses, including pubs, bars, hotels, and golf clubs.
* Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and unlocking new business opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams, including Procurement and Customer Service, to drive sales and support growth.
* Manage your territory autonomously, with regular visits to the company’s HQ near Bristol for collaboration and training.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the food, drink, or leisure and hospitality sectors.
* A proactive, self‑motivated attitude with a passion for achieving results.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure and maintain long‑term partnerships.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
Bonus Points for:
* Hands‑on experience in hospitality operations (restaurants, bars, or hotels).
