Maintenance Engineer (17/18th Edition) Location: Derby (multi-site responsibility) Contract: Full-time, 5 out of 7 days (on-call as rostered) Salary : Up to £55k DOE The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for leading the maintenance function across bakery and retail operations, ensuring equipment reliability, legal compliance, and minimal operational downtime. The role involves managing a multi-site team, developing planned maintenance strategies, controlling budgets, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food safety.
