Job Title: Senior Technical Claims Negotiator - Claims Fraud (First Party)
Location: Bexhill or Leicester (Hybrid)

We are interested in candidates passionate about Claims Fraud, coaching, and developing colleagues handling First Party and Customer Claims Fraud. The role involves delivering tailored coaching, designing training materials, stakeholder management, and ensuring KPI achievement through quality improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving results in reserving, indemnity, quality, and leakage
* Coaching and developing colleagues to enhance their fraud handling skills
* Managing difficult customer conversations confidently
* Providing training aligned with career development frameworks
* Referring cases to counter fraud teams and negotiating settlements within authority limits
* Analyzing root causes to improve performance
Essential skills/experience:
* Strong background in claims fraud and understanding of the claims journey
* Experience in coaching colleagues using coaching models
* Experience with litigation and trials
