As a customer-facing driver, you will be responsible for delivering civils and drainage products to our customers in Manchester and the surrounding areas. Your duties will include:
* Efficient & Safe Operation:Ensure the vehicle is operated efficiently and safely and within the law.
* Compliance:Adhere to all vehicle and driver legislation.
* Timely Deliveries:Complete and deliver orders to JDP customers on time.
* Customer Service:Represent JDP at the point of delivery, providing excellent customer service and upholding JDP's strong reputation.
* Teamwork: You will be expected to help out in the branch when required.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A full UK driving licence: Category B
* Health & Safety Knowledge:Understanding of workplace safety.
* Route Planning:Ability to determine the most efficient delivery routes.
* Communication Skills:Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Forklift Truck Experience:Advantageous but not essential.
