The Role
We are looking for a Paid Social Media Executive ready to get stuck in. You’ll support the planning, launch and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, with opportunities to develop across other platforms.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn fast and make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Launching paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Supporting campaign setup, structure and audience targeting
* Monitoring performance and making data‑led improvements
* Managing budgets and pacing spend effectively
* Running A/B tests across creative, audiences and formats
* Turning data into clear, actionable insights
* Supporting reporting and sharing performance learnings
* Working closely with our Media team and wider Agency teams
* Keeping up to date with platform changes and trends
About you
You have experience in Digital Media, either agency or in‑house, and hands‑on experience with platforms like Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok. You are analytical, organised and detail‑focused, with a commercial mindset and a willingness to learn. You’re comfortable working with data and turning it into insight, confident working as part of a team, and able to communicate clearly. Exposure to platforms like Pinterest or Reddit, or Google Ads certifications, would be a bonus.
