The Role

As a Regulatory Documentation Specialist at our Jealott's Hill research centre, you'll join a global team that keeps Syngenta's crop protection portfolio moving - preparing the regulatory certificates and documentation that allow our products to reach farmers in markets worldwide. You don't need years of experience. You need attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to learn. We'll give you everything else.

What You'll Be Doing
* Prepare and coordinate regulatory certificates that support global product registrations
* Help ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant across international markets
* Gather and structure regulatory information to support decision-making across global teams
* Work with Regulatory Managers and Supply Chain colleagues to solve country-level documentation challenges
* Use Microsoft 365 tools and AI-assisted platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
* Contribute ideas to improve how we manage data, processes, and knowledge digitally
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Required:
* A university degree (or equivalent) - any discipline welcome; Life Sciences, Chemistry, Law, Business, or a related field is a bonus
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your own work
* Clear, confident written and spoken English
* Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint); eagerness to explore new digital tools and AI
* A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with people across different teams and backgrounds
A plus if you have:
* Any exposure to regulatory, compliance, or documentation work (internship, placement, or academic project counts)
* Interest in crop protection, sustainability, or the agri-science sector
* Curiosity about AI tools, automation, or data management
