Role Overview: The Warehouse Operative / Stock Controller will play a key role in the day to day running of warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are essential. The role involves both manual handling and the use of warehouse equipment, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Maintain organised stock control through proper storage, rotation, cycle counts, and housekeeping, while accurately completing all required documentation and system records. Operate warehouse equipment safely when authorised, comply fully with Health & Safety procedures, and work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to meet daily targets, support continuous improvement, and undertake additional reasonable duties as required.
