Oculus Legal Group are working with a highly respected and reputable multi-office regional firm looking to make a hire within their Disputes team. The firm are highly ranked in the Legal 500, acting for a diverse range of national clients. The role requires prior litigation experience, ideally with exposure to commercial disputes.
The team advises on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including:
Contract disputes
Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
Commercial property disputes
Insolvency litigation
Professional negligence claims
Construction litigation, adjudication, and arbitration
You will work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and international businesses, on complex and high-value matters.
