PRS is currently working with a key client who requires a General Manager for a prestigious venue near Inverness. This is a full-time, permanent role with an annual salary of up to £50,000 plus numerous benefits.
As the GM for this high-security operation, you will be responsible for overseeing catering, cleaning, and retail operations at the site, ensuring all standards are met across sectors. The site features multiple outlets, and you will manage an experienced team to deliver excellence.
Candidates should have previous GM experience, preferably in a multi-site operation involving soft services and facilities management. Demonstrated outstanding people management skills and a proven track record of managing budgets and standards are essential.
